Who we are

We are a professional team of engineers with years of IBM and industry experience to assist you in setting up, repairing, and maintaining your computer systems and networks. We offer experience and integrity, and we are devoted to the success of your business. If you need any assistance with installing or maintaining your computer systems, now or in the future, we would like to be the company that you can rely on. Research shows that 9 out of 10 small and medium sized businesses are not using their existing computer technologies to their fullest potential. Some questions to ask yourself are, ''What percent of our business is done using computers?'', ''How many of our employees use computers regularly?'', ''How often do our computers need to be upgraded and repaired?'', and ''Does our business make the most of our current computer technologies''? NeuLink Computer Systems, Inc. is involved in all aspects of computer technologies directed at the small to medium sized business, from basic repairs and upgrades to complete network installations. We are specialists in Client/Server systems utilizing Windows Workstation and Windows Server Technologies. Let us come by and do an on-site evaluation to help determine your business computing needs, and how to best meet those needs. Based on this evaluation, we can suggest a number of ways to improve how your company is utilizing its investment in computer technology. Won't you give us a call?

Owner's Bio

My schooling includes a B.A. of International Business from Florida Atlantic University, with the equivalency of a minor in Computer Science. As for work experience, I worked at the IBM plant in Boca Raton, in the Personal Computer and PC Operating Systems division, until the closing of the plant in May of 1996 pushed me into the job that I love, which is supporting small- to medium-sized businesses with their technology needs. Born in Pompano Beach, FL, and a long-time Boca Raton resident. I enjoy camping, hunting, fishing, boating, scuba diving, and outdoor life in general. My hobbies include all sorts of local trips with my Harley Davidson motorcycle, the replica 1965 A/C Cobra car that I built by hand, or my center-console fishing boat. FAST is in my DNA and that means SPEEDY SERVICE for you!

Antivirus/Backup Tip

Antivirus software is a must. Any antivirus software is better than none, but NeuLink currently recommends a mix of Norton Security and MalwareBytes (free version is good, paid version even better) for all PC's. For network servers, Norton Corporate Antivirus is highly recommended. Also, Backup is a must. For stand-alone computers, the built-in backup software in both Windows and Mac OSX are good products to use in conjunction with an external hard drive to create a complete backup of your system, which is relatively easy to restore in case of hard drive failure. The addition of an off-site backup to your recovery plan, such as Carbonite, is even better. For network servers, a large enough DASD drive used with the server's built-in backup routine, as well as NeuLink's custom cloud plan, is what we most often recommend.

Industries Served

We specialize in supporting Small Businesses, and we honestly enjoy helping retail stores make the most of their business. Due to my favorite hobbies, we particularly enjoy assisting the IT needs of those in the firearms and sporting goods industry. In addition though, we support retail clothing stores, retail crafts stores, law firms, real estate firms, construction firms, engineering firms, accounting firms, custom furniture designers, sign shops, private golf clubs, etc. As such, given that range of clients, I would like to mention the one product that most of them have in common, and that is POS software. Our favorite POS system is RapidPOS. This is the most complete and most reliable POS product we've had the pleasure of implementing, and one of the few that has a specific version for each of our customers.
